-Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

-Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

-Once inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

-Exchanges are accepted for size or style (subject to availability).

-You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos.
